Short Reports The General Scientific Meetings are held each August at The Marine Biological Laboratory. They have, for decades, been providing an informal forum for the presentation of research carried out at the MBL, and they have fostered, thereby, scientific exchange within the MBL community. Investigators, fellows, and students who present papers at the General Scientific Meetings are invited to submit their results to The Biological Bulletinas a peer-reviewed Short Report. These are published promptly in the October issue of the journal. The following is a partial list of Short Reports that have appeared in The Biological Bulletin.
