We are very pleased that Jonathan Gitlin has generously agreed to serve as Acting Director of the Bell Center.  Jonathan has a long and distinguished career in academic medicine, and is widely known for his mentoring of faculty members.  He will be joining the Center as a senior research scientist while maintaining a joint appointment in the Cellular Dynamic Program at the MBL.

Jonathan is assuming the position from Josh Hamilton, who has been serving in this capacity since the retirement of Gary Borisy.
