The Symposium will open with the Luigi Mastroianni Memorial Lecture at 6 PM on June 6. This lecture will be given by Rudi Jaenisch of MIT and will be followed by a reception.
The symposium presentations, 10 min each for the class of 2013 and 15 min each for returning FIRbees, will be on June 7 and 8. The symposium will also feature the Mike McClure Lecture to be given by Pioneer Awardee Susan Fisher (UCSF), lectures by the Beacon Awardees, Teresa Woodruff (Northwestern University) and David Albertini (The University of Kansas Medical Center) and a lecture by the Distinguished Alumni Awardee Kevin Sinclair (University of Nottingham and FIR2001). Other social activities include the boat ride on the evening of June 7 and the closing and awards banquet on the evening of June 8.
