International Bread Tasting

The Woods Hole Diversity Advisory Committee invites you to join us in
celebrating the rich variety of tastes and textures global diversity has
created from the otherwise basic concept of “bread.” We will be able to
sample over 20 different kinds of bread baked by members of the Woods
Hole community and local bakers.  Bakers and a representative from King
Arthur Flour’s Education Department will be on hand to discuss bread
history and answer questions about tips and tricks for producing bread
at home.  Admission is free, and while bottled water will be on hand to
cleanse the palate, attendees are encouraged to bring their own travel
mugs/drinks of choice to reduce the event’s environmental impact.
