Richard Cutler, PE, CPE, M.ASCE
Director of Facilities, Services, & Projects
Richard Cutler joined the MBL in 1986. He has overall responsibility for the MBL physical plant, and related activities. In addition, Richard acts as the MBL's Owners Representative for all major construction and renovation projects.
Richard is an MBL Corporation member, a Professional Engineer, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Boston Society of Civil Engineers, and the Aquaculture Engineering Society
