Susan Goux joined the MBL in 1988 to establish the laboratory's Human Resources office. She has worked in the field of Human Resources for more than 30 years. The Human Resources office is responsible for employment, including equal employment opportunity, benefits, compensation, labor relations, visas, and the MBL children’s summer camp program.
Natives of California, Susan and her family have lived and been actively involved in the Falmouth area for 35 years. Susan is a member of several professional associations including membership in the Society for Human Resources Management and the College and University Professional Association – HR, for which she serves on the Eastern Region Program Committee.
