There is something special about working at the Marine Biological Laboratory.
The MBL is situated on a 100 acre campus in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. There are more than 260 year round staff – half are scientists and scientific support staff and the other half are operational support staff. Each summer more than 1600 visiting scientists from hundreds of institutions and over 40 countries around the world come to the MBL to research and study.
The Office of Human Resources’ goal is to provide expertise and support in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations and to maintain a talented, diverse and highly motivated workforce. We would like the MBL to be a place where people value the work they do and where achievements large and small are appreciated.
Current employees can go to the Staff pages and get answers to questions about pay days, leaves of absences, holidays, our Employee Assistance Program and more.
The Foreign Nationals tab contains information about immigration and visa matters.
Future employee can visit the Employment page to learn about the MBL, Cape Cod and career opportunities.
