Add a Printer in Windows 7

Step 1:  Left click the “Start” button on the task bar

Step 2:  Left click on “Devices and Printers” in “Start menu”

Step 3:  Left click on “Add a printer” in “Devices and Printers”
 Clear-Screen-Windows7 Printer

 

Step 4:  Left click on “Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer” in “Add Printer”

Step 5:  Left click on “The printer that I want isn’t listed” in “Add Printer”

Step 6:  Left click on “Next ” in “Add Printer”

Step 7:  Enter printer name in the following format:
             ie: printer_name.printers.mbl.edu

Step 8:  Left click on “Next” in “Add Printer”

Step 9:  Left click on “Finish” in “Add Printer”
