Integrated Multimedia Technology

We’ve equipped a variety of classrooms, conference rooms and auditoriums across campus with integrated state-of-the-art audio and visual technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience. To see a list of rooms with integrated technology please click here**.

Examples of integrated equipment include:

  • LCD projectors and monitors.
  • Video conferencing systems.
  • Conference phone systems.
  • Wired and wireless Microphones with built-in sound systems.

**Not all equipment is available for all classrooms. Requests for equipment in nonintegrated rooms must be submitted in advance.

Multimedia Equipment for Checkout

We offer a wide variety of audiovisual equipment for use in and out of the classroom. This equipment can be rented by request in the form of a help desk ticket. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Classroom Equipment Assistance

All rooms a equipped with a telephone in case you need assistance with the audiovisual equipment in that room. Just pick up the phone and dial ext. 7771 to speak to Multimedia. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a technician will be dispatched to your classroom. Help is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our staff is happy to meet with you and provide one-on-one training on the equipment in the classroom you will be using. Please call ext. 7771 to set up a time when we can be sure the classroom is available for training.

After-Hours Support

Can be provided depending on availability. After hours and weekend assistance may incur additional charges.

Classroom Technology Orientation and Training

We recommend that first-time users call and request a demonstration of equipment installed in rooms. We are responsible for  dozens of classrooms and other conference rooms. These rooms are equipped with several kinds of multimedia presentation tools. We will be happy to meet with faculty in any of these rooms for a personal demonstration using the classroom technology. Please call ext. 7771 to arrange an appointment in advance.
