RESEARCH PROGRAMS OVERVIEW
Research at the Marine Resources Center is partitioned into two programs: The Program in Sensory Biology, Behavioral Ecology and Population Genetics; and The Program in Scientific Aquaculture.
Research and educational opportunities at the facility are available to established investigators, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate and undergraduate students. Investigators and students will find that the MRCs unique life support and seawater engineering systems make this a favorable environment in which to conduct masters and doctoral theses and independent research using a variety of aquatic organisms and flexible tank space for customized experimentation on live animals.
