Summer Research Fellowships
The MBL is pleased to announce the availability of funding for Summer Research Fellowships for junior or senior investigators holding a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree. These prestigious awards provide costs for research and housing, and also enable Fellows to benefit from the rich intellectual and interactive environment of the scientific community at the MBL. Funding requires a minimum stay of six weeks at the MBL. Deadline: January 15, 2008

Albert and Ellen Grass Faculty Grant Program
The Albert and Ellen Grass Faculty Grant Program provides support for collaborative research in neuroscience at the Marine Biological Laboratory. Funding requires a minimum stay of six weeks at the MBL. Deadline: January 15, 2008


The Dart Neuroscience Scholars Program in Learning & Memory
The Dart Neuroscience Scholars Program provides funding to pursue research at the Marine Biological Laboratory on the neurobiology of learning and memory. Funding requires a minimum stay of six weeks at the MBL. Deadline: January 15, 2008


The Grass Foundation Fellowships
Grass Fellowships at MBL permit a group of investigators early in their careers to conduct independent research projects of their own design. While sharing the "Grass Lab", Fellows function as an intellectual and social group within the MBL community. A weekly seminar series provides an opportunity for the Fellows to invite some of the eminent investigators at MBL to discuss their work. Deadline: December 10, 2007


Science Journalism Program
The Science Journalism Program provides professional science writers, editors, and producers with a chance to immerse themselves in the process of basic biomedical and environmental research. Deadline: March 1, 2008
