Whitman Center Investigators – Completion of this form is required of all Whitman Center Visiting Scientists. This form should be used by PIs applying for lab space rental, PIs sharing lab space, and ALL others working in the PI’s laboratory. The deadline for applications for space rental is December 15 annually. Decisions regarding invitations and assignment of lab space are usually made by early March. Visiting Scientists to an MBL Resident Research Center – Completion of this form is required for all visitors and guests hosted by a resident research center. MBL’s three scientific centers include Ecosystems Center, Eugene Bell Center, and Josephine Bay Paul Center.
Visitors to MBL/WHOI Library – Completion of this form is required for all visitors to the Library including those who wish to rent offices, desks, or be a General Reader. If you have any questions, please contact the Library.
MBL Course Faculty/Staff – Completion of this form is required by those related to MBL Courses: Course Directors, Course Co-Directors, Course Lecturers, Course Faculty, Course Coordinators, Teaching Assistants, Course Assistants.
Vendor Faculty – Completion of this form is required by those who are vendor faculty working with Martha Peterson.
Undergraduate/High School Students – Completion of this form is required by all undergraduates and high school students who are NOT in an MBL summer course.
MBL Invited Guests – Completion of this form is required by those who are not involved in research but who will be visiting administrative offices (Director’s Office, External Relations, Communications, Facilities, Financial Services, Human Resources, etc.) and would like to request housing.
