Sebastien Laye

Chief Advancement Officer

Sebastien Laye is MBL’s Chief Advancement Officer. His responsibilities include partnership development and private fundraising efforts supporting MBL leadership in securing financial resources and partnerships necessary for the operation and growth of the institution. In addition he leads external relations, including communications and state government relations. Sebastien has held previous positions at several non-profit and international organizations with a range of missions: global health (GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance), public education reform (Mastery Charter Schools), and conservation and the environment (The Nature Conservancy). Sebastien received a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
