The National Institutes of Health has awarded a grant to MBL Associate Scientist Michael Shribak to further develop two microscopy techniques that were invented at the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL): quantitative orientation-independent differential interference contrast (OI-DIC) and polarized light microscopy.
