Our Conference office will work with you to come up with specialized pricing for your meeting or conference. Below please find our basic starting rates that we can package together per registrant pricing based off of your programs needs and options.

2022 Conference Rates
Conference Lodging,  includes Meals Package:

  • $240.00/day Single Occupancy private bathroom,
  • $165.00/day Double Occupancy semi-private bathroom,
  • $225.00/day Single Occupancy,
  • $152.00/day Double (shared) Occupancy
    • Three meals per day beginning with Dinner on arrival and concluding with Lunch on departure day.
    • Meals are required for all participants each day, to be included in the registration fee.
    • Vegetarian and Vegan options are included with all meals.  Box lunches as an alternative are available for departure day
    • Alcohol is not included in any meal pricing.

Meeting Fees:

We offer an online Registration process. The participants may register & pay online for your conference using a web registration form created for your meeting according to your specifications for registration types and fees.  We will process all credit card and check payments and make housing assignments.  Or you may have your coordinator enter the participants names and housing type.

    • Administrative Fee – $52.00 administrative fee per attendee.
      • Includes conference planning staff, online registration and payment processing, MBL ID Badges, parking, Wi-Fi access.
    • Registration Tables –  Lobby Registration Table included.   Vendor Tables, clothed and skirted – $25.00 each
    • Meeting Room Fees:  To reserve meeting spaces at the MBL for your meeting, the Conference Office will assign the best rooms  available based on the number of attendees and your meeting needs.(includes use of AV included in the room)  please see 2020 Conference Meeting Room Rental Fees
      • The AV standard for our meeting rooms and auditoriums is an LCD high definition projector, screen, podium with microphones, sound systems and laser pointers with tech training prior to the meeting.

The Dining Services at MBL is operated by Sodexo, offering innovative menus with the freshest ingredients.  Coffee breaks, mixers, lobster boil dinners and more are available for your meeting.

    • Beverage Breaks
      • Standard – $4.45/person/break – coffee, assorted teas, water, juice (am) or soda (pm)
      • Additional Items: Pastries, Cookies, Whole Fruit, Healthy snacks, Continental Breakfast are available for an additional charge.
    • Mixers/Receptions –  Wine & Beer with soda, water, dry snacks and nuts.  $22.00/person for up to two hours.
      • Available pre-dinner, or after dinner, ending by 11:00 pm at the latest. 
      • DJ’s for mixers are subject to a two hour limit ending by 11:00 pm
    • Banquet Dinner  –  Traditional New England Lobster Boil – additional per person

Additional Meeting Offerings:

  • Virtual/Hybrid Software – We offer a virtual or hybrid software option. Pricing and software options are based off of your specific conference needs and length.
  • Poster Display – For your poster display we have facilities for up to 60 posters, 42” x 60” portrait size.  You may combine these sessions with a coffee break or a beer & wine mixer.  When more than 60 posters, alternate day displays can be arranged. $499.00 flat fee (can display up to 60 posters @ 30” W x 60 ”L), Less than 20 poster $275.00 flat fee.
  • Parking –  Off street parking in our conference lot is available for 40 cars, permits provided.


Check In/Out Time:

  • 2:00 pm – Check in time
  • 10:00 am – Check out time

Please note: The minimum guarantee for number of guests attending meal functions is required by at least three weeks prior to arrival date. The housing cancellation deadline is three weeks prior. Any cancellations of lodging or meals made after the deadlines are subject to full charges.
