Research Statement

I am interested in the mechanisms and pathways that govern community assembly and the establishment of trophic networks. My goal is to use sequencing methods, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics to improve our understanding of the vast diversity of microorganisms and the complexity of their interactions with each other and the environment.
