The MBL Boating Club represents the MBL community in the management and maintenance of the outhauls along the Lillie seawall and one side of the Swope Dock. Members of the MBL community who wish to join the club may request membership and outhaul registration applications any time of the year. Applications will be emailed on or about March 1. Outhaul spaces are assigned on or about May 1 of each year using completed applications.
