Why Cape Cod?

Woods Hole, home of the MBL, is a quaint seaside village within the attractive, bustling community of Falmouth on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Of all the communities located on Cape Cod, Falmouth in particular enjoys a fine balance to its all-around quality of life, from its choice waterfront property and beaches, large tracts of woodlands and conservation and recreational land, rich, natural wildlife habitats, to its controlled development and environmental preservation that all serve to enhance the town’s charm and attractiveness. With one of the Cape’s largest and most diverse year-round populations, it has become well-known as a premier and very desirable place to live, work and play.
