Chandler Fulton

With sadness, the Marine Biological Laboratory notes the passing of Dr. Chandler Montgomery Fulton on February 21, 2026.

Dr. Fulton studied at Brown University in the 1950’s and later earned a PhD from the Rockefeller Institute. He was a member of the biology faculty at Brandeis for over sixty years.

His association with the MBL started with a teaching assistantship, and he participated in the Embryology class (1956) and was also involved with the Physiology course (2012) in addition to becoming an MBL Corporation member.
