Independent Review Board

MBL uses an external IRB committee called New England Independent Review Board (NEIRB). NEIRB provides human subject protocol review twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays). Protocols submitted by Wednesday 12:00 Noon (EST) are reviewed the following Tuesday. Protocols submitted by Friday 12:00 Noon (EST) are reviewed the following Thursday. From the NEIRB website select “Submit a New Study” to begin the process.
