Research Registration Forms
Every person who comes to the MBL to conduct research, participate in an education program, attend a conference, or rent library space is expected to complete a registration form. This does NOT apply to course students.
We implemented a new registration system on January 1, 2021. If you completed a registration since then you are considered a “Returning Account Holder”. If you have not completed a registration since then you should use the “First Time Registration” link.
- First Time Registration – If this is your first time registering in the new MBL Admissions and Registration System get started by creating an account.
- Returning Account Holder – If you already have an account, click here to access the MBL Registration Portal. If you forgot your password, there is a “Forgot Your Password” option on the portal login page.
COVID-19 Vaccination Registry and Safety Acknowledgement and Attestation
All registrants are required to complete the vaccination registry and COVID-19 safety acknowledgement and attestation, which are part of the registration form. Students complete this same information as part of their decision reply form. The registry and attestation are a pre-requisite for obtaining an MBL identification and door access card (MBL Card).
