Thousands of scientists around the globe at leading research institutions attribute their inspiration to the MBL’s life-changing, career-launching courses. Your gift to the Alumni Fund will help new students grow into productive researchers and teachers who make a real difference in the world.

Gifts of $1,200 or more to the Annual, Alumni or Discovery Funds enroll you in The Whitman Society, the first MBL leadership donor giving society, established in 1993. Since then, this group of leadership donors has grown to more than 200 loyal members who make gifts from $1,200 to more than $50,000 to the MBL Annual Fund each year. They are the very heart of the MBL, offering support, expertise and creativity that sustains and enriches our community.
