With sadness we share the passing of former MBL employee Joan Marie Edstrom, who died on August 4, 2020 at the age of 80. Ms. Edstrom worked at the MBL from 1974 to 1987. During her tenure, she held the positions of Secretary to the Grants Manager, Grants and Contracts Manager/Officer, and Coordinator of Grants and Educational Services. The MBL flag will be lowered in her memory.
The family plans to hold a memorial at the Woods Hole Community Hall at a later date. Donations may be made to the Woods Hole Theatre Company in her name.
