Tour the MBL
MBL Tours have ended for the season - see you in 2023!
The Marine Biological Laboratory offers free, guided seasonal tours Monday through Friday, from July 11th to August 26th at 10am and 1pm. Reservations required.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of visitors during the summer months, we cannot accommodate any special groups beyond our regularly scheduled tours (10:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.).
Tours meet at the Pierce Exhibit Center (100 Water St., Woods Hole, MA.) and include a visit to the Marine Resources Center for a look at the marine animals used in MBL research, a trip to the MBLWHOI Library, and a walking tour of the campus. For safety reasons, children under the age of five are not permitted in the Marine Resources Center. Masks are required in all MBL buildings, regardless of vaccination status.
Parking: Public parking is not available on the MBL campus. For more information about metered street parking and other transportation options, visit woodshole.com.
