Brick Dorms and Apartments

The Brick Dorm and Apartments has 6 two-bedroom suites with shared bath; 3 efficiency apartments; 3 one-bedroom apartments; 6 two-bedroom apartments

The Brick Dorm each unit has night stands dresser two twin beds and shared bathroom with a similar room on the other side.

The Brick Apartments have microwave ovens, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. All beds are single beds. Pack n Plays are available on a limited first-come, first-served basis. Crib-sized sheets and blankets are not available. Daily linen service is not available.

Other Services: A credit card operated laundry facility is available in the basement of the apartment building. 

When departing

Apartments should be cleaned and left in good condition. Occupants must depart on schedule. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Please abide by the check-out time as new clients are waiting to check in.

If you should find it necessary to check out after 10:00 AM, it is important to contact the Housing Office for approval and/or additional charges.

Before checking out, please:

• Clean kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom.
• Empty trash in the appropriate dumpster.
• Return keys to the Swope front desk.
