Professional Development Activities Don't Delay Graduation, Study Shows

MBL Director of Education Linda Hyman is co-author of a new paper in PLOS Biology  reporting that graduate students who take part in professional development opportunities unrelated to their lab work did not delay their time to graduation or their rate of manuscript publication.
